Ironhorse 2021 Chardonnay

Dai and his tractor know a thing or two about fronting up. Together they have been carrying the village harvest for 40 plus years. They go about their business with an unassuming integrity and this wine embodies just that. Chardonnay (100%) grown organically and pressed straight to neutral oak and fermented wild with only a touch of pre bottling SO2 added. This wine is deliciously balanced. Theres notes of baked biscuity goodness, lemon curd and the vineyards signature pineapple core. Textured yet crisp and clean. It’s all in there.
