New Year 2020

This Syrah had a short ferment time on skins and was conditioned for 6 months in neutral oak barrls. The resulting wine is fresh and light with zippy notes of plum and spice. Enjoy this drop slightly chilled as an aperitif. New beginnings call for easy drinking red and Joanne Ho (@helobirdie) illustrates this beautifully with her gouache impression titled ‘New Year’.
