Our zero addition Pet-Nat made from Syrah was foot stomped for 2 days before a gentle basket pressing. The Snake Bite elicits fruity aromas of watermelon and hints of mealy savouriness. This wine was not disgorged, so none of the natural sediment from the fermentation process was removed. More goodies and more flavour richness. Wine completely exposed and free from tinkering in any form.
